Training camps

Just thought I would throw this into the mix, from Janet Birkmyre, as we've been talking about training camps recently ... you can reach her at: janetbirkmyre@btconnect.com

Dear cycling friend

David, Jack and I are the new UK Representatives for DELPOZO CYCLING, which offers cycling training vacations on the Costa del Sol and trips to race events.

What makes DELPOZO CYCLING different from the other providers, is the incredibly personal service that they give and the very flexible attitude, which allows trips to be tailored to the individual. We travelled with them to the World Masters road race and time trial in St Johann last year and simply could not believe the lengths Eri the owner of DELPOZO CYCLING went to to ensure our trip was successful in every way.

Prices from just £297 per person/week
Guided training rides 7 days a week (3 levels) in breathtaking Andalucian scenery
Best weather in Europe
Staying at 4* Hotel Costa Lago with breakfast and dinner buffets
Great facilities for Triathletes

Click on links above for more information or drop me or David a line.

Wishing you a happy and successful new year.

Club Dinner

Gary Smith has agreed to be the guest speaker at the Club Dinner - all we need now is a volunteer to do the return speech......

Anyone out there thinking "I could do that"?

Sussex Nomads CC Invitation Club Run

Sussex Nomads CC Invitation Club Run

On behalf of all the Sussex Nomads I would like to invite you join us on the above club run on the 24th of Feb 2008.
With a view to bringingd all the clubs in the local area to ride with each other in a relaxed and steady way before the Racing Season starts, we would urge you and your members to support this ride and make it the success we would like it to be for the good of all of us.

The ride will start at 9am from Ditchling and will be around 60miles with a tea stop.

If you or any of your members are interested please email me back giving a rough number of riders from your club who may be likely to support this event so that we can organise groups and the tea stop location properly.
I will then endeavour to pass on the full details of the route etc. to you ASAP.

Feel free to pass on this e-mail or its details to anybody else that might be interested in joining the ride.

Yours sincerely,
Rupert Rivett
